Looking for someone to take over my lease at State Apartments Fort Collins ASAP. Layout of 4 bed 4 bath A, I am offering a deluxe bedroom that comes with an attached bathroom. Fully furnished with a washer/dryer in unit.
Gender inclusive and there are currently 3 other people living there, two girls and one boy, along with one cat. Looking for someone between the ages of 18-25. Lease spans from August 2024-July 2025.
Cost is $845/month which includes utilities and comes with an uncovered parking spot for an additional $85/month. HOWEVER, due to my need to hand off this lease ASAP, I am offering the apartment at $800/month and I am willing to cover the remaining cost per month. I have already paid for months August-November.
